The destructive and draining cycle involves obsessing like Wile E. Coyote chasing the Road Runner, with or without the aid of Acme Corporation products, feeling crushed when that McDreamy totally eludes you, then redoubling the efforts and starting the loop all over again.<BR/><BR/>'Twas a big deal when I learned how to identify this "spin cycle", which I consider akin to addiction, while it was happening.<BR/><BR/>It's a spiritual illness that closes the mind and the heart, prompts one to actively, repeatedly reject people and potential experiences, as well as take loved ones - yes, the ones who are <I>actually there, right in front of you</I>, the real deal - for granted.<BR/><BR/>The McDreamy?
